Parent Requests

For a student age 13 through 17, the approving parent or guardian may use the secure management link in the most recent KaraOrchee email to withdraw approval, disconnect a teacher, or delete the account. For access, a copy, correction, or another request, contact us below. Under-13 accounts and profiles are not available in Release 1.

Start a request

A parent or legal guardian may email privacy@karaorchee.com about access, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion, or another privacy concern involving a teen account.

What to include

Your name and the email address used for the teen’s guardian approval.
The student’s account email or identifier—do not send sensitive identification documents unless KaraOrchee later requests them through an approved secure method.
The type of request and enough detail to identify the relevant account or lesson information.

How identity will be handled

KaraOrchee may need to verify that the requester is the parent or guardian authorized for the account before acting. We may ask for additional information through a secure method when needed to verify your authority.
